Okay For Newborns

"My Snugli worked fine for us when my son was a newborn, but once he started to put on weight, he couldn't fit in it very well and I couldn't wear it for long without getting uncomfortable. The last time I wore it, he was 18 pounds and I only had it on for about ten minutes before I took it off, because he was just crammed in there like a sardine and it felt like he was going to drag me down to the floor. I don't recommend it for bigger infants."

This is an ok carrier.

"It was ok as a newborn but my chubby baby outgrew it in the leg holes, and so had to switch to an older model she actually would fit her chunky thighs in!"
