When the first size didn't fit, instead of having me return it she generously told me to donate it to our local babywearing group. She is SO HELPFUL and definitely an asset to the babywearing community! "I ordered a sling from Ayesha, who right away checked with me to be sure on sizing. Unfortunately, I had guessed at my weight and the sling was too tight. Before just telling me to exchange it, she asked that I send photos of it on so she could be sure I was not just wearing it wrong- what service! I will be returning that one for the right size, and before even getting it I just ordered my second. This is a fabulous product. My mother is a quilter and she could not find ANY flaws with the stitching, she was very impressed, as am I!"

"I have had other pouches and found them to be uncomfortable as my baby got older. Comfy Joey was highly recommended to me by a friend. I ordered a reversable pouch. Ayesha provided EXCELLENT customer service. My pouch shipped immediately, and arrived the next business day! It is beautiful, but more importantly very, very comfortable. It is easy to use. My 7 month old rides comfortably for long periods of time, and sleeps in there as well. My two year old loves it as well, and actually asks to have a turn. My back doesn't hurt, it stays in place and it is lightweight to bring along in a diaper bag or wear in hot weather."

"I found this pouch to be excellent with my newborn! He just about lived in it for the first several months of his life. It was lightweight and breathable enough to use all summer withouth sweltering in the NC heat and humidity. And it doubled wonderfully for an ocean pouch with my toddler - it wasn't heavy when wet and dried quickly in the sun. It is classy enough for a dressy affair, yet durable enough for everyday wear."
