"I hated the hippy style bulky slings and the ugly fabrics that matched my baby's style more than my own. I bought a solid cotton print from cxy baby and I love it - very comfortable and not bulky. The tail is a reasonable length and the whole thing comes in a little pouch that is easy to throw in your diaper bag. They also make beautiful brocades etc, but I don't need a "special occasion" sling - that is why I have a mother in law :) !!"
