"I too am so very disappointed as my sling hasn't come. I bought fabric, sent it to Julianne in June '09 and am still waiting to get the sling. I've had no response to my queries, her site is down and I don't have a phone number to ring. I'm so sad because I used her sling for my first and second children now 6 & 4. My sister in law confiscated that one so I had to order another one when my third child was born last December. And the same thing happened, I sent her fabric and while it took her a very long time to complete the order, I finally got the sling in March.And I love it and have gotten ton of use out of it. I'm so sad because I LOVE her work and her slings were a godsend for me for my children and I was hoping to give this gift to my cousin. Any suggestions on how I can contact her??"

"I've used the Rosado sling with my cousin's children and wanted my own for my firstborn child. I have ordered and paid a Rosado sling via their website in August 08 and never received the sling.And since then no reply on my emails or phonecalls. so I am not only frustrated, but also very disappointed!"

"I ordered two slings for new mother friends in mid Oct and have heard nothing from the owner despite phone calls and emails. I loved this sling for my own baby and wanted my friends to have it too. I am so frustrated!! "
