Too padded and bulky!!!!

"I bought this with my first son before I really knew what I was doing. It was almost impossible to use, I was never able to adjust it small enough and I am NOT a small person at all. The shoulder padding is ridiculous, it feels like you're wearing a lumpy bed pillow. The closed tail coupled with the padded rails really makes for a sling that is very hard to adjust. With my second son I tried ring slings again and unpadded ones are so much more comfy and easier to use. Save your money and buy something unpadded."

Only if you're x-large...

"I love Dr. Sears, but it's a bummer his name is associated with this sling. It is 'one size fits all,' which isn't possible for a padded sling. This means it's made for an x-large person. So many parents I've talk to have come to the conclusion that slings are no good due to this sling - it's a shame. I see them wearing their babies, hanging too low, which causes unnecessary back pain. My preference is for a padded ring sling, but definitely one that comes in different sizes. "

The Best!

"Gosh, do my little "Roo" and I love this sling... However, I really wish that they would come out with some updated patterns and different weights. "

Not safe

"I never could make it tight enough, and the baby would hang too loosely inside it. My first baby was a big baby, he would just hang forward hurting my shoulder and back. I needed to hold with my hand all of the time to make sure baby doesn't slip out. My second baby was tiny, she would pop out every time she kicked her legs, and I had to catch her last minute before she made a sucide nose dive!"

Brilliant!

"I have a Nojo sling, and it has been wonderful for both my children, for settling, sleeping, shopping and breastfeeding. Try that in some other slings! You can use it to wrap the baby in, and to lay the baby on in the capsule part of shopping trolleys. Oh, and I'm 5'4", 120lbs, and I have no trouble using it."

Okay, but not the best........

"I tried one of these that a friend of mine had purchased. (She wound up not using it.) It is okay, but I found that the teeth on the rings are an unnecessary feature that make it harder to adjust the rings. The little bar also doesn't really serve its purpose. (I have used many different types of slings, including other ring types.) I also found that the pocket isn't deep enough for me to feel comfortable using it on an older baby."

Will repel you from baby wearing

"If you are 6ft tall and weigh around 200 pounds this might work for you otherwise I would call this a "Nogo" on the sling front. you cannot pull enough fabric through the rings to get it tight enough. Do Not Buy!"
